Throughout your entire career you need to keep refining your skills in research and keeping up to date with the new tools and resources. ​  Natalie is both a trained lawyer and an educator and is passionate about legal research and loves teaching lawyers to be more efficient researchers.

Legal Research Bootcamp for Junior Lawyers

​​This one hour session focuses on helping junior lawyers bridge the gap from university to practice.​The session takes the participants through some practice research tasks with a focus on where to start and methodically work through the issues. Natalie who is a trained lawyer and educator at Melbourne Law School takes a practical approach with applied learning examples and supports learners to gain confidence and ask questions in a supportive environment.

$2000 plus GST per session.

Online Legal Research Bootcamp

This online course takes participants through how to answer a legal issue with methodical and reliable legal research skills. The focus on know the right tools to use to ensure the research is correct and efficiently delivered. ​

The course can be deliver through VidVersity or your own LMS using SCORM.


$50 per participant or $2000 firm wide access per year.

Legal research is a key part of being a good lawyer and no matter what stage you are in your career, a refresher on the key tools and strategies is important.​ This session is designed to be practice group specific and is modified in consultation with key personnel to provide a customised focus on key areas.

In this session, Natalie works with the relevant personnel to gather real tasks the lawyers are struggling with and then runs  a session on how to answer them effectively.

Extended Legal Research Book camp

One of the challenges for new graduates in practice is having the opportunity to develop research skills in a simulation style approach. This workshop starts with Natalie collecting real examples of research required by the lawyers in the firm, with a focus on scenarios that graduates have struggled with in the past. The session will then provide the graduates, working in groups, the opportunity to attempt to research a series of specific scenarios. Natalie will then provide practical feedback, strategies, hints and tips

Learn how to create online courses

Combining research skills and digital course creation, Natalie will teach how to create online learning content using Vidversity.
