We have another workshop "How to interview senior lawyers for legal research tasks - the reference interview". This is for junior lawyers and can be facilitated by myself or your own staff (usually a librarian). It involves watching a DVD with a series of scenarios whereby a junior lawyer is asked to do some research tasks and does not ask the right questions. The participants of the workshop then analyse the DVD and establish questions that should have been asked. This is run in-house only.
